This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the PIRANHA online store (piranhaknives.store) collects, why we process it, who we share it with and what rights you have over your data. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the processing of your data on the terms set out below.

What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to accept and deliver your order:

• first name and surname;
• email address;
• phone number;
• delivery address: city and Nova Poshta branch for orders within Ukraine, or the full postal address with country, state or region, city and postcode for international orders;
• the contents and total of your order, and your order history;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you viewed on the site.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment is handled by the payment provider, which has its own certification and security policy.

Why we use your data

• to process, pack and ship your order;
• to contact you about your order, delivery or a return;
• to meet the legal requirements for keeping sales records;
• to send you news and information about new products, but only if you have separately subscribed to our newsletter.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising.

Who we share data with

We share data only with those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled:

• delivery services: Nova Poshta for shipments within Ukraine and the postal operator for international shipments (name, phone number, delivery address);
• the payment provider you use to pay for the order;
• the hosting provider whose servers run this website;
• state authorities, but only in the cases expressly provided for by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember the contents of your cart, your chosen language and display settings, and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may then stop working correctly.

How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for as long as required by the legislation on accounting records and warranty obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
